WALKER AND RUNNER GROUPS: We come to your neighborhood in Bisbee, Hereford, Palominas,Sierra
Vista, or South Tucson! Pull
together a group of eight or more for a one -time or weekly coaching session. Please contact us for fees. EVERY TUESDAY morning at 8:15 in the SIERRA VISTA MALL is a Walking for
Wellness class! Contact us or the Wellness Depot. Most
SATURDAY mornings in Thompkins Park in Sierra Vista is a wellness walking group at 7AM> Call us
first if you are new. Our bodies are designed to be healthy and capable;
there is an athlete in each of us. We coach all ages at ANY level of fitness. Private and Group Fitness or Competition Training is available by appointment or scheduled classes
will be posted. Please call us for fees and appointments. Who is your Coach? Viisha
Sedlak has been coaching athletes for 28 years and implementing training programs for government agencies, corporations,
and individuals in health, fitness, and self-care. Viisha raced as a member of the USA Olympic Program; she represented
the USA for 7 years, beating athletes often more than half her age to qualify for the USA Track and Field Racewalk
Team and two U.S Olympic Trials. She set over 20 world records and twice beat all the men as well as
all the women in major competitions. She is the only female to win over all the males in the European Masters Track
and Field Championships (Switzerland, 1991) in the event's history. Viisha's individualized
and group training programs create healthier and fitter individuals world-wide, addressing back and joint problems, obesity
issues, and physician-referred health issues. She trains young children, rehab clients, the elderly, and the everyday
"you and me" to improve posture, biomechanics and self-care. Acknowledged in numerous press profiles
as one of the top walk and fitness coaches in the world (see Press quotes below) Viisha offers training and product to improve
health and performance, refining minds and bodies as would a world-class athlete.
